Description
The Harbour Apartments is a two storey residence, opened in 2006, and located in the Western Harbour, three miles from Edinburgh city centre, with its numerous historic buildings and vibrant nightlife. This residence features 60 modern apartments, with smart contemporary decor and furnishings, all of which include CD/DVD players, tea and coffee making facilities, hair dryers, and wireless Internet. Apartments come with fully equipped kitchens, bathrooms with tubs and power showers, and separate sitting and dining areas. The apartment complex features a lounge area with a TV and DVD player, and guests enjoy complimentary access to spa and fitness facilities next door, which include squash and tennis courts, saunas, and indoor and outdoor swimming pools. Meeting rooms are available to business travellers, and guests can use wireless Internet to plan days out around the city. The residence also provides secure private parking and a 24 hour concierge service. Guests can take the free shuttle and visit Edinburgh Old Town with its famous attractions, including the Palace of Holyrood House (the Queen's official residence in Scotland), 2.5 miles away, and the Royal Mile, three miles away, which stretches all the way to Edinburgh Castle. Edinburgh Airport is approximately eight miles away, around 20 minutes by car.
